You can ping or trace route in your local computer using your cmd in windows. You ping the IP of the Dns and if the ping results are positive, the domain has already propagated
Can propagation time be minimized?
This is process can be reduced by reducing the TTL (Time to Live) but this is also dependent on the ISP (Internet service Provider).
